Heather joined Snider Financial Group in 2015. As the COO/CCO, she leads with a dynamic blend of strategic vision and operational knowledge. With a seasoned 20+ year background in the financial industry, she spearheads initiatives to optimize business processes, drive growth, and enhance overall organizational performance. Known for her ability to navigate complex challenges, she plays a key role in shaping and executing the company’s operational strategies, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations. Heather is committed to fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture, with a team that serves our clients best.

Heather and her husband Mark live in Puyallup, WA, along with their cat. They have two adult daughters and one grandchild, whom they spoil rotten any chance they get. Heather enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, BBQing in the backyard, traveling, or just relaxing. She and Mark may just be the biggest Disney fans in the Northwest and are always planning that next big Disney getaway!
